At Duckeys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards and custom-ordered items.

Simple Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@duckeyskeyboard.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
